CAN YOU SEND ME INFO ON DIABLO, I love the look, is it low maintenance, a potted plant or good in the ground in Edmonton SW? will it survive the winter? I am in a row house in a new subdivision, my back yard is small and between the row of units and their row of garages (not a view.) I need something pretty out there!

It is a hardy shrub, that grows to about 2m in height with a 2m spread. Full sun is preferred.
